The latest tidbit we've had (the updates have slowed down) was from Tim Kawakami, who said that the 49ers and Jim Harbaugh were still in talks.  This may bode well for those of us who want this deal to come to fruition as the longer negotiations linger on, the greater chance a deal is agreed upon...usually.

This IS the Yorks, though.

In the meantime we've had a lengthy pun contest (unofficial) as well as some discussion of Andrew Luck entering the NFL draft vs. staying at Stanford. 

Meanwhile the Bay Area beat writers have been driving around checking every hotel lobby they can find in hopes of locating the meeting place where possibly the biggest head coaching deal in the NFL is going down.

Just want to remind you all that site decorum IS ON at least until the announcement is leaked from a credible source...at that time we'll likely relax the rules for celebration's sake.  So keep it clean until then...you wouldn't like all of me's when we're angry.
