Kudos to Jed and Baalke

This is my first fan post but I'm not sure I could have picked a better time to write one.  Jed York and Trent Baalke succeeded in signing Jim Harbaugh, although true Niners Nation fans already know this.  I've read the comments over the past few days concerning these two guys not getting the job done.  I admit that my comments have not been too kind toward Niner management.  Many fans have berated Jed for his inane comments and for the hiring of Baalke.

Well, as much as we've been critical of Niner management, I propose that we take a moment to give credit where credit is due.  Jed and Trent took the Dolphins', the Broncos', and Stanford's best shots and landed the guy that they wanted, THAT WE WANTED.  Hundreds of us buried York and Baalke with negative comments before we actually knew Harbaugh's decision.  Think about it.  How would you like to be a dolphins fan right about now?  Talk about idiotic front office moves!

Who's feeling just a little bit better about Jed and the Baalke hire now?  I'm not saying that trophy #6 will be on display at the Debartolo complex in 2012, but I feel a whole lot better about the 2011 season, if there is a season.

There is hope for The Faithful.
