Hey folks, just got my internet working again and I'm still numb to everything that's been going on. I need to go through and read all the comments from yesterday and today so I know what everyone is discussing as far as the 49ers coaching staff and quarterback situation is concerned, and once I know that I can actually write some things related to it since I haven't given it much thought.
After much drinking and much celebration, coupled with much shouting at my internet service provider and punching my router, we can finally settle down and figure things out. But first, we've got some playoff football to watch and this will serve as the thread for the Indianapolis Colts versus New York Jets game, since we all used the last one and filled it up for the Hawks - Saints game.
By the way - what a game. I can't believe that just happened, throughout the entirety of the game, I just figured the Saints would eventually come back and pull ahead by a score or seven. It didn't happen though, the 'Hawks went ahead and pulled off the upset in a game that I honestly DID give them some chance to win. The Saints are very beatable and we just saw why. As I type this, Cris Collinsworth is talking on my television and it's upsetting ... I hate that guy. Oh well, who are we rooting for?
