The mad scientists of the draft!

     _

Long time reader of Niner Nation but first time doing a FanPost so please forgive any misspelling or any faux pas.

I have been seeing a lot of the mock drafts over at MTD and at WalterFootball, along with others, and noticed that the same small group 2 or 3 players are going to the same teams.  The around the draft last year I glance a look at the mock drafts then and notice that there are a few players that ended up as locks but for the most part were quite off, especially at about this time of the season.  Trades, GMs that seems to be an mad scientist, and misperception of teams views are often the case.

What I would like to discuss is what are some of the crazy things that the 49ers can, could, might, do in this years draft that are still in the grey zone of plausibility.  It's easy to say that I would like Peterson in the first, Miller in the second, and Bowers in the third, with maybe Locker as an fourth.  As much I would like to see that happen, I think I could say fat chance.  But one scenario I've been entertaining with is that the 49ers trade the second round and one of the fourth round picks for an 2012 first round pick to an team like the Titans.  I can see the Titans consider a trade and also struggling in 2011.  So with potentially an high first round pick, an rookie cap, along with at least 2 good quaterbacks, Luck and Moore, there. So there is my mad scientist though of the draft.

Thoughts, ideas, disagreements, other scenarios that might be on the fringe, all welcomed.
