Ryan Mallett Wins All-Star Accuracy Contest
Doesn't mean much since his competition was Jake Locker and Andy Dalton, but he won by 80 points. He also was very consistent throughout. Might have even been snubbed on some of his throws that looked to have hit the target. Now, he isn't the ideal fit for the WCO, because his release quickness is very average, but he is accurate enough to play in the West Coast, and he opens up the entire playbook since he can make any throw imaginable.

I actually enjoyed watching that yesterday
It was kind of entertaining. It was pretty much a bunch of big kids having fun on the playground.

Was not impressed by Mallet
A couple times he didn’t even hit the larger target… thought he got credit for some that were iffy
Gimme 1 round!
Nate Davis

well...
this sure reflects poorly on Jake Locker.
We don't need 8 in the box. We have 52 in the box.
Not surprising
His arm is the most accurate in this class IMO. People who think otherwise are watching a completely different game of football or basing their opinions on false stereotypes.
The question comes down to game accuracy which typically means passing under pressure and on the move. That’s where footwork becomes important.
Rays in '08.... Desmond Jennings - the breakout continues.....
He missed some VERY badly if you watched it.

Seriously?
Man, I never thought that Mallett’s accuracy was all that good. I would have thought that Dalton at least would have beaten him. Mallett can throw the ball 70 yards, but he can’t hit a guy 15 yards in front of him. And he has that big wind up before he throws it. Ironic how people were moaning and groaning about Tebow’s mechanics, when Mallett’s seems hardly any better.
