This is good news because it means that a deal will likely get done more quickly--perhaps even before the draft. Still, it's pretty pathetic that the two sides can't agree to a deal on their own!

I think she should mediate the case herself

the other guy in Washington, Cohen, did not work the owners need a baby sitter so they actually show up themselves and talk directly face to face to the players and not through the agitator lawyers they have.

I have a felling that either they will settle or Judge Nelson will lay the smack-down on the owners and let football be played
