Well thats because he didn't have enough rushes (79). But luckily I talked to a guy at PFF and they told me that he had a PRP of 20.89 which would have been the best out of all LBs. If he rushed 11, more times in order to make this list, he would have been ranked 2nd with a PRP of 18.33. So ya you aren't just seeing things when you think that Willis is a beast at getting to the QB because well he is.
