Fooch's Note: Just a reminder about this Wednesday's trivia contest.

Hello all -

I'm rushing so I won't do fancy hyperlinks and stuff (God, I sound like James Brady) but a heads-up that this week's Niners Nation Trivia Challenge will happen at 1pm Pacific on Wednesday.

The theme this week will be the 1980s - the golden era. This will be our fourth quiz - the first week was random 49ers questions, week two was 2000s, and week one was 1990s. We now reach the 1980s, so get researching those Bill Walsh years!

If you want to do some homework, I tend to use the official 49ers.com site, Wikipedia and Pro Football Reference for a lot of the research, plus the whole library of books I have on the team at home. Feel free to check out those websites but if you want to look through the books in my house, give me a call first, yeah? I could be having one of those special parties and may not wish to be interrupted (Manraj - don't ask for details, there are things that once seen by young eyes can never be unseen).

If you want to play along in our live quiz, let me know in the comments below so I can prepare the appropriate amount of questions. The quiz will happen in a new thread, which will posted around noon Pacific tomorrow (Wednesday). It will start 1pm Pacific, pronto (do Americans use the word 'pronto'?
