I'm back covering the Nuggets for James who was attending the Super Bowl under the Stars at the 49ers facility in Santa Clara. The 49ers are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the 1981 Super Bowl championship team. I was only 2 1/2 when the 49ers won that first Super Bowl two weeks after The Catch. Take a minute to check out howtheyscored's write-up of the 1981 season.
Is there anybody here who distinctly remembers that Super Bowl? We seem to have a fairly young crowd visiting Niners Nation. We have some older folks but not nearly as many as I would otherwise expect. I'm tempted to run a demographic type of poll to get a better idea of how old people are here at the site. In fact, just for the heck of it I'm adding a rare poll to the Nuggets to see what kind of age ranges we've got here. We'll do something a little more formal down the road. On to the links.
