Golden Nuggets: Well That Happened
Good morning everyone, Ninjames here with your Nuggets for the day. Training camp got underway yesterday, along with the Nnamdi Asomugha sweepstakes coming to an end. I think it's a testament to just how little you can actually listen to the "bigger" journalists when it comes to things like that. You could tell when Jason LaCanfora was talking about the Asomugha situation he didn't ... really have any clue what was going on. But he still kept talking. I guess that's just how it works. Today, I'm in a hurry, so quick links. Enjoy.

Hearing the Niners are looking into Cromartie , 4yrs , 36 million and a team Bus for him and his tribe ...!!
I'm your " Huckelberry "...it's just my game ...Jimmy Raye your no daisy ...!!
Probably the best news is on Colin
He mentioned still adjusting some bad footwork habits from college, and had trouble getting the snaps from Snyder.
He said that the reason for all the trouble getting the snaps was a different technique he’s been taught to get out from under center faster.
So his development on mechanics is being looked to first thing.
Also impressive are reports of his arm and accuracy, firing the ball in there when necessary, and putting the right touch on the ball toward the sideline. More impressive, Willis was ragging on him after practice saying he owed him a pick, since he didn’t throw one all day.
Reports that Ronald Johnson looked good are also welcome news given the injury to Crabtree.
Maybe after a couple more days of practice we can get some information on how Aldon Smith and Kendall Hunter are looking and if any of these UDFAs are showing that they have what it takes to make the team.
We are looking at major depth issues at defensive end with Sopoaga moving to the NT, McDonald moving up to 1st team, and our lack of desire to bring Evans back. Maybe it’s possible to see RJF moving over if Ian Williams makes the team as NT depth, but we still need another backup at defensive end.
Happy for CK
but I think half of us on here could go without throwing and interception to THAT secondary lol

I'm concerned
that we might end up necessarily paying too much for mediocre players in an effort to spend enough money to satisfy the new cba salary cap provisions.
I was so excited for this season to start, but now I am fighting the urge to throw up not due to excitement but because the front office is making me sick.
I really hope the FO know what they're doing
this wait and see strategy usually works if a team is extremely confident with their core players. NE Patriots are the perfect example in the past seasons, but I think it backfired last season.
Is it really the NATIONAL football league
One major pet peeve has been missed. The NFL network, Sportscenter, ESPN, etc. are so bias! You can watch an hour show and if the 9ers get 30 seconds that’s a lot. All you get is the same stuff over and over about the east teams. And I cannot understand how having PeeWee Herman at Dallas is sports.
NFL network even has a crew in LA; I know it’s a media center, but they don’t even have a NFL team. And there a 2 ignored teams in the Bay Area.
