Good morning folks, Ninjames here. After today, I'm going to be away for a couple more days, and then back for every-day Nuggets. When I do get back, the Nuggets will be undergoing some minor changes that should make them much more useful for you on a daily basis (I've been mentioning as such for some time now - but haven't got a chance to implement said changes), so I'm excited about that. Beyond that, we just got through what I feel is one of the saddest days of the year (in our little world of sports): roster cut days. I hate them, seeing that 800+ people have lost their jobs just leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. A very bad taste. I wish all of them well and hope they can catch on elsewhere - especially Dominique Zeigler. That being said, let's get to your quick links for the day.

kid better keep progressing.. I hate this potential talk. I also hope Mays does amazing. I think our coaching staff has something against usc… Stanford kids :)

I liked Zeigler. Good hands, good routes.

I’m also with kinsaLL; every NFL is one injury away from the end of their careers, so imo, potential is less important than what they have now.

I would suggest that all of those offensive tackles he pushed around was real and not potential.

I think Spencer is on the

bubble. Do they want to guarantee his contract? He needs to show he is healthy. They have looked as good without him as they did last year with him. He is due nearly 3 mil. Its not like he is the only cb who knows this defense, in fact he may be the only one who doesnt know it. This could be a make or break week for Spencer.
