49ers Vs. Rams Inactives: Patrick Willis Active, Ted Ginn, Kyle Williams Inactive

The 49ers and Rams released their inactive lists and Patrick Willis is active for the first time since December 4. It looks like his hamstring is good to go so he'll get a chance to get some playing time before the playoffs. He would be fine either way, but it will be nice to shake off some of the rust.

Both Kyle Williams and Ted Ginn are inactive, which means the 49ers will roll out Michael Crabtree, Brett Swain and Joe Hastings as their wide receivers. I can't remember the last time the 49ers only had three wide receivers active, so we'll see how that plays out. I believe I've read that Colin Jones might get a snap or two at wide receiver if need be, but otherwise, we won't see many four receiver sets.
