While I posted a few weeks ago how I thought the Vikings were a huge game. The 49ers didn't seem to rise to the challenge that week. However, the 49ers are home and ready to take on all challengers who dare enter their house. It may not seem like a very big deal from looking at a glance. This home stand the 49ers are about to have will be dominating. Traveling is tiring and as the saying goes, "if you're not getting better, you're getting worse." Over the next six weeks the 49ers will only briefly leave home to go down and attack their enemies, the Arizona Cardinals.
During these weeks and the time saved from travel is not only extra hours used for preparing for the next opponent, but improving in all aspects of the game. Working on the newer parts of the playbook, improving from great to elite, and establishing themselves as the nfl's best. Our coaching staff is truly amazing and i believe underrated, they will make sure this happens.
This time, from now until our bye week is when we will need to become an unstoppable force and take back the number 1 spot in our division. This will be our best chance to make our statement case of why we should represent the NFC as the top seed. Some people expected the 49ers to go out and dominate lesser opponents. Against the jets 34-0 may seem like domination but 2-0 on a tough road trip would of made a bigger statement, not 1-1. I count wins no matter how big or small.
So when I say it's time for the 49ers to dominate I mean 7-1 going into the bye week. No matter how good the 49ers may look, we are behind and need to take back this division!
