49ers press conference live stream: Jim Harbaugh, Vernon Davis, Dashon Goldson

We provide a live stream and open thread for the 49ers Week 6 Wednesday press conferences, featuring head coach Jim Harbaugh, tight end Vernon Davis and free safety Dashon Goldson

The 49ers get back to practice today, which means it is the start of three days of press conferences. Wednesday features head coach Jim Harbaugh, followed by Vernon Davis and Dashon Goldson.

For Coach Harbaugh, the big question will be about Alex Smith's finger. Smith will be available at his locker at around 12:45, so we'll want to keep an eye out for some of those comments. I doubt we get anything particularly concrete, but at least the questions will be asked. I imagine Coach Harbaugh will also get a question or two about Brandon Jacobs. The 49ers are hosting his former team so it automatically becomes a story.

Dashon Goldson will be an interesting press conference just given the run Eli Manning is on. Manning is on pace for career highs in most categories. While his numbers might slow down a bit, he is still having a heck of a run. It will be quite the challenge for the 49ers secondary, so we'll see what Goldson has to say.

I've embedded the live stream above, but if you have any problems, check out the 49ers.com live stream. We'll have a Harbaugh transcript tonight or first thing tomorrow.
