The 49ers get their full Week 8 practices going today through Saturday, leading up to Monday Night Football against the Arizona Cardinals. The team had four of the last five days off, and should now be ready to go moving forward.

Jim Harbaugh will meet with the media at 12:25pm PT. He will be followed by Aldon Smith and Tarell Brown, so don't tune away after Coach Harbaugh. I suspect Coach Harbaugh will get a Frank Gore ribs question, as well as maybe something on Mario Manningham. Otherwise it's all about Monday's game with the Cardinals.
