Tyrann Mathieu, nicknamed the honey badger, a Heisman finalist playing cornerback for LSU. Now i'm sure this thread should be over at mocking the draft, but before him being taken off the team and going to jail. I had wanted to 49ers to spend a draft pick on him in 2013. It could of very well been a long shot trying to predict what our war room would do especially after this past draft. However, I now see the 49ers in a great position to draft Tyrann Mathieu and think they may very well do so. The 49ers are looking at about 12 draft picks if i'm not mistaken in the 2013 draft, more than any other team.

Every person who thought the 49ers should of drafted Janoris Jenkins, should easily have no problem if the 49ers drafted the honey badger. Especially if it comes at the cost of a 5th round draft pick, some think he may not even be drafted. I will just go ahead and assume he cleans up his act, invites the media out for a workout and posts some great demonstration of his talent.

Tyrann Mathieu, may very well be a bust, but I would not at all be mad if the 49ers took 3-4 draft picks and used them on some high boom or bust picks hoping one of them turns into a future probowler. what would everyone else think?
