49ers tight end Vernon Davis is well known as a guy who is in some seriously good shape, and is completely devoted to improving himself as a football player. Yesterday after practice, Vernon shot some video of the 49ers new workout facility as he went over for his post-practice workout. The 49ers put together a new outdoor, covered weight room for the players to get their workouts in after practice. The facility was ready and waiting for them when they returned from New Jersey following their win over the Jets.

The video above is Vernon scanning the facility and briefly talking to Leonard Davis. The video below features Vernon starting his workout on what looks like an over-the-top push-up type of deal. Check it out.
