11 months ago to this day, I wrote:

On Sunday, the Giants, in first place with a 2 game lead in the division, will play the 1st place 49ers, who lead their division by 5 games.

Just like everyone thought in August, right?

Today is a little different. Both teams are tied for the lead in first, something that shouldn't be much of a surprise to anyone. Two great teams should put up a classic, like the last two games. Some stats below, and then lets get to the questions!

Luckily for me, it isn't too hard to update the head to head records from last year.

The 49ers win last year means there is an even 14-14 split between the two teams in the regular season, while the Giants win in the playoffs means the two teams have an even 4-4 record in the postseason, marking an even 18-18 overall record. The winner will obviously take the all time head to head lead, for now.

No injuries and let's hope for a good game on Sunday
