The 49ers have taken a 27-0 lead on the Chicago Bears thanks to a Colin Kaepernick touchdown pass to Michael Crabtree. The biggest play of the drive, prior to the touchdown, was a Kaepernick 37-yard catch and run to Mario Manningham.
As the GIF below shows (with a great angle by ESPN's camera), Manningham ran a quick slant in. Kaepernick fired the pass into Manningham, but he also fired it in such a way so as to allow MM to cut back to the outside for the big gain. It is a fairly simply play, but still a perfectly placed football on a well-run route. It has been that kind of night for Colin Kaepernick.
