Dear 49ers fans,
I can't cure your heartache after tonight's brutal loss, but I can offer some solace. After losses like these, I just pull up YouTube videos of those dynastic 49er teams of the 80s, you know the ones that won a bunch of Super Bowls. You can pull them up to under the 'NFL Films - America's Game' title. They really wax nostalgic and make you feel proud to be a 49er fan and to know your team once had a great history.
I know we all live in the 'here and now' but if only to take your mind off the pain of the increasingly embarrassing losses with this year's team, I'd like to remind you of one the most dominant 49er teams to ever take the field:
