Saturday, December 29th, 2012 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the web.
One of the articles I linked yesterday spoke of Alex Smith potentially joining the Arizona Cardinals. Adam Snyder said it, and personally, I'd hate that. I really despise how the 49ers handled the quarterback situation this year, and I think Smith could give us some serious, serious trouble. He's a very smart guy, who takes in a lot, and I wouldn't be surprised if he could pretty effectively exploit our defense.
But I certainly wouldn't blame him. Who knows ... maybe once I see him in Cardinals colors, I'll take delight in seeing him get sacked over and over by Aldon Smith. For some reason, I've always liked thrashing the 49ers on Madden, so maybe there's something to that. Onto the links.
