49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh will meet with the media at noon PT to discuss the 49ers overtime loss to the St. Louis Rams. I would imagine there will be some looking ahead to the upcoming game against the Dolphins, but I would expect many of the questions to focus on the quarterback position. We'll see how long it takes for Coach Harbaugh to get irritated by that.
