The 49ers are officially NFC West champs and sitting on a much-needed bye week, but the NFC playoff picture is not completely wrapped up. The Washington Redskins host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. The winner claims the NFC East and the No. 4 seed. The loser goes home for the offseason. Considering how intense this rivalry is, it doesn't get much bigger than this.
Feel free to stick around our other posts for 49ers chatter, but if you want to talk about what should be an exciting matchup on Sunday Night Football, try and keep it in here where possible. The winner of this game will host the Seattle Seahawks next week in a wild card round matchup. Personally, I'd love to see the Redskins vs. the Seahawks in a matchup of Russell Wilson and Robert Griffin III. Both quarterbacks terrify me as potential playoff opponents, but they provide some seriously entertaining football.
