Official NN draft thread

Hello guys welcome to the third edition of the NN draft thread. In this thread you rec this post I mean I talk about the draft we talk about the draft. If you are wondering why I am doing these official draft threads its because Fooch has given me the opportunity to write these fanposts. Fooch also said to rec this post and we don't like to disappoint Fooch now do we?

Here in the draft thread we have a few rules. The first and most important rule is to remain civil. So please no name calling, personal attacks, sexist/racist remarks, or anything that would break the site's rules. Other than that I don't have many/any rules. If you have anything to do with the NFL draft you are free to post it in this thread.

If you are on the mobile website follow me after the jump to see my rankings of the RBs. Also I'm sorry it took so long to write this post I will try to be more productive in the future.

Star-divide

Trent Richardson

What to say about Richardson? I can't say that I've been watching nfl prospects for 10+ years but in the limited time I have been watching Richardson has been the best RB prospect I have seen. The guy is the whole package. Can run with power with speed anc can catch the ball out of the backfield.

Lamar Miller

When watching Miller run its easy to see that he has decent speed but there is more to him than just his speed. He has decent power and can run through tackles if need be but he also has the agility to elude tackles. Of course all of this is for naught if he can't find the hole. Luckily for him he has great vision and can find a hole even when his initial hole isn't there.

Chris Polk

I am a huge fan of Polk. He is fast enough to not be caught from behind and strong enough to break through tackles. Has good hands which I heard is valuable for a team that throws it to their RB a lot. I seem him as a RB who can be a Frank Gore to a team.

David Wilson

Look for Wilson to kill it at the combine. Wilson seems to be the faster version of Kendall Hunter. Someone who doesn't have a lot of power and can't be a full time back. I wouldn't expect the Niners to draft Wilson just based on the fact that we already have him in Hunter.

Doug Martin

One of my favorite prospects in the draft. He may not be the biggest or fastest but he runs really well. He was the main back on the Boise State team. He is the type of guy who isn't the best at one thing but does everything well. He can become a featured back but I don't expect him to be one of the top RBs in the league.

Bernard Pierce

Pierce is a strong strong runner. He seems to be a better version of Anthony Dixon. He does not dance and finishes strong every play. He isn't very fast so he will be limited when it will comes to different types of running plays but will surely help when it comes to 3rd/4th and 1.

LaMicheal James

Speed on speed on speed. James has a lot of speed. He isn't that big so I don't know how he will handle the beatings he will take in the NFL. He won't be a full time player but if used in a RBBC he could be deadly.

P.S. rec this post.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Niners Nation's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Niners Nation's writers or editors.

I'd rather have Tolzien. Seriously.

I’d much rather have Josh Johnson.

I think Harbaugh could work with him.

We could later trade him to the Pats for multiple 2nds

Why the patriots?

and i think there is a lot of things that we can do with Moore. At the very worst he becomes the best back up QB in the NFL.

Because he needs a spectacular blocking line.

He’s basically Tom Brady. Non-functional under the wrong circumstances but he’s an incredibly accurate passer given time

Someone Help Me Out

I want to draft the position, some else reply to my comment with the players, any takers?

Let’s Try:

Round 1 – CB (Carlos Rogers departs)
Round 2 – WR (Josh Morgan resigns)
Round 3 – OG (Chilo Rachal departs, Adam Snyder resigns)
Round 4 – Wild Card Pick (you choose, I can’t decide)
Round 5 – NT/DT
Round 6 – DE/OLB (Ahmad Brooks resigns)
Round 7 – S (Dashon Goldson resigns *long term)

Round 6 – DE/OLB (Ahmad Brooks resigns, Blake Costanzo resigns, T. Gooden departs)

I don't think you can do that

I'm not educated enough on the prospects

Pete Konz would be gone in the first round, and that’s where my knowledge ends. I watched literally no college football during the regular season (and bowl season does not count). Was hoping someone would want to fill in the players for fun.

Updated

Round 1 – CB Stephen Gilmore SC
Round 2 – WR Marvin Jones CAL
Round 3 – OG Kevin Zeitler WIS
Round 4 – OLB Brandon Lindsey PITT
Round 5 – DT/NT Nicolas Jean-Baptiste BAY
Round 6 – S D’Anton Lynn PSU
Round 7 – OL Ryan Miller COL

This draft assumes Alex Smith, Dashon Goldson, Josh Morgan, Ted Ginn, Adam Snyder and Blake Costanzo resign. Carlos Rogers, Ahmad Brooks, Chilo Rachal, Tavares Gooden, and Larry Grant all depart. The team proceeds to add UDFA at RB, LB and WR.

I basically just threw a dart

at the guys ranked in the areas of the 49ers selections, according to the Draft Tek Big Board. Not sure how great these guys will transition to the NFL level, but on paper they look the part. Also, I picked Nicolas Jean-Baptiste because it would be cool to have both Ricky Jean Francois and Nicolas Jean-Baptiste rotate on the DL together. I’m thinking something along the lines of “Mean Jeans” moniker.

Only headscratcher is Lynn...

Heard he got abused at the Senior Bowl. But in the 6th round, what can you hope for. And the fact that you’re listing him as a S as opposed to a CB makes the selection a bit less “meh.”

I'm wondering if Hamilton will be around in the 4th round

The highlight real on him is pretty ridiculous. Despite being against lesser competition, he displays the necessary skills to be a pass rusher; even as a rookie contributing minimally.

by 9thevolution on Feb 23, 2012 1:00 PM PST up reply actions

Depends on his combine

If he puts up NFL caliber numbers he’ll go 2-3. If he puts up 1st round caliber numbers who knows. Maybe as high as before us.

Gimme 1 round!

by ItBurnzWhenIP on Feb 23, 2012 5:12 PM PST up reply actions

I would bet that someone jumps up to get him if he's still there early 3rd...

All depends on combine, but if he puts up some good numbers, someone will be salivating if he’s still there at 65-70; hopefully it’s us.

Which by the way, whose Pro Day would Hamilton attend anyway? Can’t imagine Prairie View has their own.

by 9thevolution on Feb 24, 2012 7:26 AM PST up reply actions

Be cautious

About highlight reels against substandard competition. He’s beating these tackles like a drum because he’s got too much speed for them to handle. So just like our own Anthony Davis — they sell out hard to the outside and he just steps or rolls inside and it’s all over. When they don’t he just runs right around them without being touched.

He does have some nice moves, he’s got a decent pad level, he’s definitely a kid that’s worth some time scouting to see what he has to work with. But beating up on those tackles doesn’t tell you much more than that.

by Ougadas on Feb 24, 2012 7:45 AM PST up reply actions

His substandard competition is why he is a mid round pick.

Because if he put up those stats at a school in the Pac-12 or SEC he wouldn’t be there at 10.

And when we win, we want to dominate. We want to take guys out. We want to hurt guys. We want to win. We just want to dominate, hit them in the mouth. - Rathman

by manraj7 on Feb 24, 2012 8:47 AM PST via iPhone app up reply actions

I didn't even look at his stats

BCS talent playing in the SWAC should dominate. Still doesn’t say very much about how he stacks up against his fellow prospects. Maybe he’s the 10th best pass rusher. Maybe he’s the 40th. Maybe he’s in the top 5 or maybe he shouldn’t even have a draftable grade. We don’t know because he never faced a tackle that was anywhere close to his level of athleticism.

It’s very dangerous drafting stat-lines and highlight reels.

Paige-Moss is really intriguing to me.

He suffered a torn ACL in this year’s Bowl game, so he’ll be out the year, but he’d be a great guy to bring in late like the Cardinals did with O’Brien Schofield. DPM is dripping with upside.

We still have Harbaugh. So there's hope.

by grantmp on Feb 22, 2012 8:55 PM PST up reply actions

let's assume

DPM is UDFA’d by the 49ers (I know, I just verbed an acronym) or worst case scenario, picked up in the 7th round. I would still prefer the 49ers to choose an OLB that can contribute this season (unless of course they sign him via FA). If Aldon Smith is going to get the bulk of snaps, it’d be nice to have a rookie contributing on third downs and only have to give up a 4th rounder to do so. I’m not saying the team can find 14 sacks in the fourth round, but maybe 5 to 7 (hopeful forecast, but I can be hopeful).

by Andrew Davidson on Feb 22, 2012 9:01 PM PST up reply actions

Highly unlikely that DPM slips through.

I mean, the guy has character and injury issues, but somebody will have watched tape from 2010 on Coples and think, geez, that DPM guy looks great. Check the spring evaluation that NFP links.

We still have Harbaugh. So there's hope.

by grantmp on Feb 22, 2012 9:07 PM PST up reply actions

if he's to be picked before the 7th or the UDFA

then I’d rather the team go guy who can contribute ASAP, rather than a guy that strictly just learns for an entire season, and not get game experience. Then again, if the 49ers sign a complementary Pass Rusher, I wouldn’t care so much to see a higher pick spent on potential like this (but still not in the fourth).

Running Backs

Trent RIchardson – Uber-talented. What will he have in common with these names: Cadillac Williams, Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, Beenie Wells, Knowshon Moreno, Mark Ingram and Adrian Peterson? Injured 1st round running backs
Lamar Miler – .Hurricane RB? Worked well for us before. Why not go to the well again?
Chris Polk - Had a great season, but I thought I read that he had a poor showing at the Senior Bowl.
David Wilson – Kendall Hunter 2.0? Don’t need to “upgrade” from 1.0.
Doug Martin – One of my favorite RB prospects as well. May not be a top RB like Gore has been, but I’d be fine if he gave us something like Garrison Hearst or Charlie Garner.
Bernard Pierce – Don’t know much about him, but like his size.
LaMichael James – Yeah, he’s fast, but can’ he take a NFL-sized beating? I don’t think so. I think he could be effective running to the edges of opposing defenses as well as screen passes.

That’s the exact opposite you want in a running back — center of gravity is way too high and he has zero burst. Great burst of creativity just lacking a little bit in reality.

I was referring to Broyles.

I didnt know toon had injury issues, but our offense relies on slow drives, not necessarily quick scores (besides the playoffs) and toon wouldnt be required or even used as an everydown wr. Broyles may because i think hes a little more developed.

Manraj7

Great job on the draft, I watched the whole thing. I was the one who emailed you also. Peter Konz had almost fallen to our pick in the first and then was taken by the packers. So Manraj7 traded back to get good value getting a 2nd and 3rd round pick giving up a 1 and 4. He then traded again for some additional picks in the 3rd. My favorite picks were the Trumaine Johnson pick and Bernard Pierce, there was also a small window to try and get Nick Toon who I am very high on.

Bernard Pierce has great athleticism when I watch his tapes and I really feel like he can be a great runner, he doesn’t get low and drive a pile for that extra yard or two but he can be elusive and hard to bring down with arm tackles. He runs very verticle always looking for the next guy he has to beat.

One thing to note also, was the huge run on WR in the 4th round. It was actually crazy to see so many wide recievers slipping just because there were so many and then it seemed like someone hit the button and every jumped all taking a WR.

Manraj7, great job hope to join you in the war room for the next draft. I can’t wait to watch the combine and see what some of these WR can do.

In the real world we should take Konz if he falls to 24.

There are 3 teams that will be after him hardcore and possibly the Broncos if they are smart.

Texans – Chris Myers is a coveted FA

Jason Smith? (Not exactly draft-related, but still pertinent)

Per Jason LaCanfora…

On the offensive line, St. Louis’ Jason Smith won’t be back at his current base salary ($10 million), according to a league source, and is a candidate to be cut.

If Smith does get cut, do you think the 49ers would look at him as a candidate to play Guard? If he sits on the market a while, the team might be able to snap him up for cheap. It’d be nice to avoid having to draft an offensive lineman if we can—leaves more picks for other positions…

We still have Harbaugh. So there's hope.

Question for the crowd on guards

Let’s say you could get one who is around 6’5" 320 and went all of 2011 without giving up a sack despite his QB throwing the ball almost 550 times. Gives up a pressure about once every 50 drop backs.

But you have to give up a 3rd rounder for him and will have to pay him what Snyder is probably going to ask for.

Pull the trigger?

Thought it had more to do with it being a deal done without the CBA active...

We could only give him a 10% increase to base salary annually IIRC. Because of that Marathe worked out some ridiculous scheme to find the loophole into how to sign your players in the uncapped year. Basically, we had to give him all guaranteed money, but I don’t know how the cap figures all worked out.

Realistically, we should be happy that after this he will be cheap according to his cap figure.

As far as I know on Willis it's not a signing bonus

His extra money is due to performance escalators from last year that were considered “Not Likely to Be Earned” which means they did not count against the cap in his original contract, but since they were earned last year they hit our cap this year.

I could be completely wrong there, but that’s what I have in my head about why he counts 17 mill against us this year.

A Vikings-like setback does worry me, yes.

Not because of a Favre-like situation at QB: I expect Alex to get better.

I’m more worried about it for 3 different reasons:
1) The 49ers won’t be able to put together the same ridiculous turnover ratio that they had next year.
2) The level of competition will rise because we won the division (so, so worth it)
3) The 49ers lost very few major players to significant injury—other than at the WR position. They had 3 OLBs on the roster, and only 1 of them missed only part of a game. Our starting CBs played every game. Willis was out what, 3 games? Other than McDonald, who from the DL missed games? That’ll be difficult to replicate in 2012.

We still have Harbaugh. So there's hope.

It's all about what you can negotiate

You can negotiate a contract as guaranteed for skill or injury, but usually not both. But if you do you usually get less. Most don’t want less.

Players want to get paid more than they are worth and owners want to pay less than a player is worth. Players have incentive to make more money, owners have the incentive of fielding the best possible roster with limited resources.

The owners do have the advantage — but that is the golden rule of life. Those with the gold make the rules.

"may" is the magic word

with our offense so reliant on the run game, I think this will backfire badly. Lets see how sharing the load helps him. Nothing wrong with drafting someone if you like them. My opinion: Run Gore and develop Hunter in a combo backfield. Hunter will be hitting his stride in year three. Move on from Dixon and find a player that can get a yard when needed.

I remember when you were all sweet and innocent. “Niners forever!!!” Now you are a shrewd businessman. “Cut him and save the money. He’s too old and will only break his hip”. I miss the young Manraj7 that believed in miracles.
I hate taking risks at such an important position on our offense. He is still a fantastic player and one of the best at his position.

by mcwagner on Feb 22, 2012 9:01 PM PST up reply actions

Its a phase I go through when I start talking about contracts

I turn into a heartless person. But when you watch Martin and some of these RBs play its amazing what they can do. If Martin runs well at the combine he could be our future at RB since I don’t believe Hunter can do it and Gore is old, slow, and gets caught from behind.

Idealy I would like to draft one early so that we can replace Gore

but with Dixon on the roster I don’t think it will be feasible to have 4 RBs on the roster. If we cut Gore not only would be save 6m in cap space each year over the next three years (around 5m if we include the new RB salary last year 62nd pick got paid 3.2m over 4 years) That 5m can allow us to bring in/keep a player that will benefit our team more.

Gore might be old and slow

But he’s still a fantastic veteran running back whose got at least 2 1000+ seasons in him given that the team builds this O-line the way they want to and picks up another running back to preserve Gore.

We kept 5 RBs this season...

and it’s very unlikely we go with 2 FBs again, so keeping 4 RBs is a possibility, with Miller as the sole FB. Though if that happens it’s more likely that Dixon is designated as a ST player and is just listed as a RB.

I just think carrying 4 TE is stupid. The production you get out of your second and third tights ends isn’t significantly different than a guy you can pick up mid-season compared to the value of a roster spot.

by Ougadas on Feb 24, 2012 11:23 PM PST up reply actions

I don't think carrying 4 TEs is stupid.

TEs are usually great special teams players because of their linebacker like body types.

Heck, the Packers carried 3 fullbacks on their game-day roster (active 45) in 2010 because they all played special teams. With Harbaugh’s system being so reliant on TEs, you want to have an injury replacement at the ready so that you can keep your full playbook week-to-week.

We still have Harbaugh. So there's hope.

by grantmp on Feb 25, 2012 6:44 AM PST up reply actions

Yeah

Delanie and Justin sure lit up our special teams units — oh wait, they didn’t.

But they must have been huge factors in the passing game right? Errr… not so much.

But they helped us pound the rock!!! Well, actually we were one of the worst 4 power running teams in the NFL.

So lets add another mediocre jobber into the mix and further drop the collective talent level of our game day roster.

Injuries happen. You can’t start doing idiotic nonsense like making sure your third string tight end has a backup. You do that and you are putting yourself razor thin at a position that might actually be important.

Don't you think Reuland is the replacement for Walker...

I think it’s unlikely that they would have kept him on the PS all year if they didn’t have some hope he would make a contribution in the future. They could have brought him up as the #3 instead of Peele, but I have a feeling they see him as more of a receiver than a blocker, so he might be the logical replacement for Walker as the #2.

All speculation, but I figure they kept him for a reason...

If you have to go back to 2010 to see a guy get beaten like a mule at left tackle when I’m going to play him at guard and just give him a look at RT if I have to then I don’t think this is that bad.

I have Iloka as my top FS prospect. Not going to pass on him 2 picks away from the 3rd round.

I don’t like Quick that much. That one was “Well I did want to come out of this draft with some height at WR and everyone else worth a damn is gone so here goes nothing”.

No way Osemele is there are the bottom of the second and no way Iloka is still hanging round bottom of the third. If he runs decently he’ll surprise people by going early in the second ahead of Martin and maybe even Barron.

This is one of the reasons I'm very reserved about the WR class

In a way it is deep, but you have so many guys in this class that haven’t been able to separate against smaller slower corners than they are going to see in the NFL. Which ones are still going to be able to make plays at the next level?

I don’t know. NFL scouts don’t know. It’s all a big crapshoot and we’ve seen “deep” WR drafts before that didn’t have much come out of them but unimpressive situational guys.

Alshon Jeffery weighed in at a great weight.

After watching some highlights, Jeffery uses his body very well. If the ball is under thrown, he simply slows down a bit and shields the CB from the ball. Great hands and great size. I could care less about his 40 time, as Fitz isn’t a burner. Jeffery could be that guy that falls to the 49ers because of some bad media.

Floyd, Blackmon are better

Floyd IMO is definitely not better.

He’s the 4th or 5th best prospect. Wright/Blackmon, (in shape) Jeffrey, Randle, then Floyd/Sanu

Gimme 1 round!

I'd also live Wright, but yea no way he falls to 30.

Hill is too light. There’s only been one 6’4+ WR under 230 who has been any good and that was Randy Moss. A great player, but a 1 trick pony who clearly displayed his 1 trick in college.

I’d consider Hill a project, so absolutely no way in the first two rounds.

I don’t think they’re going to take a WR early now unless Floyd or Wright fall ( which they won’t ), and otherwise go BPA at another position. All the WR talk is for naught, they’ll bring in a mid level vet, draft someone in the mid rounds and someone in the late rounds. It’ll be 3 guys that basically no one is talking about.

My money is on Guard or Corner.

The game isn't played in your mind's eye. Stop telling me what you don't "see."

What more impressive Wright runs in the low 4.3 or Randle in the low 4.4s?

Wright in the low 4.3s

That’s the rare type of speed where guys are running all by themselves. You can’t stop it even at the NFL level. Only hope to contain it. Elite speed kills in all pro sports. Even at the highest levels (except maybe baseball where speed has been marginalized for power).
Boxing – Pacquiao/Floyd
Buckets – Iverson/Derrick Rose
Football – Moss/DJax/Wallace
Hockey – It’s been a while since there have been any truly elite speed guys but when they were around it was Peter Bondra/Pavel Bure/Teemu Selanne,

Gimme 1 round!

I don't think Wright is in the low 4.3's

My wild guess is he runs a 4.42

by DickGozinya on Feb 25, 2012 2:52 PM PST up reply actions

My belief is a 4.38

With a very possible 4.35-4.36. If he runs lower than that he’s leaping the boards.

And he was flying when he did it

He had bad starts. Movement on the line before he took off. The guy hitting the start was ridiculous. As myself and another person both said we want to see his super imposed 4.61 against the low 4.4s. It was like Taylor Mays’ 4.43

I agree he's not a 4.6 guy

And it was an outlier time, but I still don’t think he has that true elite speed like a Mike Wallace or Desean Jackson.

Is the NFL.com/combine/live stream working for anyone?

I’ve tried IE and Firefox and so far, no luck. And yes, I have that akamai thing installed.

We still have Harbaugh. So there's hope.

Cliff Harris will be a steal for someone. Best CB 2 years ago and best return guy in college hands down....

He wasn’t the best this year because he never really played much……Has to stop putting himself first and stop being stupid. If he grows up he will be a good one at a low price.

by ericalancanty on Feb 25, 2012 5:57 PM PST up reply actions

Also needs to gain some weight.

You want to play in the NFL at 165-170 you are eventually going to be broken in half and some of the receivers in this league can push you around like a small child.

He doesn't sound like he's doing too much growing up...

Justifies his 118mph speeding ticket by saying that he comes from a family of drag racers.
Justifies his possession convictions by saying that he was a kid back then….less than six months ago.

I know he’s saying something different to the scouts at the combine, but to local papers (i just read the OLive article over breakfast today), he isn’t really coming across very humbled.

many people smoke weed and I have been caught speeding over 120mph although I was not cited for that much. Does smoking weed a handful of times and going over 120mph make me a horrible person? People grow out of stuff.

Combine thoughts....

Anyone got any comments on the CB Robinson from UCF? Aside from being fast, the dude looks solid. I don’t really know much about his game tape- but with his frame, he looks like a guy that could get up to the line and get physical with NFL WRs.

Poor RG3. The guy goes out and has a Heisman season, wows at the combine, and will, no doubt, impress at his pro day. And in the end, it’ll get him a ticket to (gulp) Washington DC to play for a team that is annually in shambles. Sad.

Like predicted Harrison Smith did well in the combine

When watching Smith doing the drills Sanders wondered if he was a Corner or a Safety. Because he moved so well

by KGboomer on Mar 2, 2012 9:10 AM PST up reply actions

I think he's the 3rd or 4th rated safety right now....

Probably a 2nd round pick. His game film makes him look more like a SS than a FS though. Then again since we already send out two strong safeties now, it wouldn’t matter much if we drafted him for FS.

Trade bowman to the eagles for their first pick this year and 2nd pick next year. then trade those picks and next years 1st and 3rd to the rams for no other then-

1st pick RGIII
2nd pick Stephen Hill
3rd pick George Iloka
4th pick Alameda Ta’Amu
5th Marvin Jones
6th Cliff Harris
7nth ILB
8th oline

for the best offer, I think they would trade within the division.

State of Utah Prospects

I am from the great state of Utah, and feel like we have a couple guys the 9ers might like.
What do you guys think of any of these picks:
RB Robert Turbin in the 3rd round (could be steal of the draft)
G Matt Reynolds in the 6th round (would have been taken in the 2nd-3rd round last year)
OL Derrick Shelby in the 7th round (versatile, but needs to learn more)

mock drafts

A lot have, but most have generally involved a decent amount of commentary on each pick. Not all of them, but enough that I don’t want to get people thinking they shouldn’t be posting FanPosts. Thoughts on how best to handle it?

Should be a new post with players at need positions with combine info. After the combine there are always mocks.

depth of the post

My thought has always been that if it involves a solid breakdown of each pick, 49ers needs, etc and goes beyond just a list and a sentence or two for each pick, then it works best in here. But if it involves an in depth breakdown, I think it’s worth a separate post.

You know what I love....

The fact that my Arkie boys are always overlooked…

This year, there is an absolute STEAL. No one is talking about this guy, who last year was projected as a first or second rounder. He had a knee injury this past season, and his production dropped. He was at the combine, performed decently, nothing over the top. He’ll be there in the later rounds, and WILL be better than his draft status. He may be there in 6 or 7.

Greg Childs 6’3 219lbs 4.55 speed. He’s one of 3 Arkie wrs in the draft. Probably will be the last picked, and he’ll probably be the best pro.

Joe Adams will make a decent return man, he’s faster than his combine speed shows, but Childs will be that big guy everyone is looking for.

Repeating something over and over doesn't make it true.

by Arkie49er on Mar 1, 2012 11:15 PM PST reply actions   1 recs

Don't think Childs is being overlooked...

There’s a small contingency here who is hoping we grab him late and he turns into a steal.

by 9thevolution on Mar 2, 2012 8:12 AM PST up reply actions

havent seen anyone mention him

or any of my other arkie boys. Adams, Childs, Bequette (another potential steal in 5 or 6 if he’s there), or the OTHER Wright, who is another guy in later rounds worth a look. These are guys who put up good numbers in a system that is designed to spread the ball all over the place. Hell, Wright managed over a thousand last year, and that is dang near impossible the way passes are spread out.

Repeating something over and over doesn't make it true.

by Arkie49er on Mar 2, 2012 4:11 PM PST up reply actions

Agreed.

Childs is my draft crush WR for the late rounds. I also like Wright as I feel he can fly but Childs is my favorite receiver from Arkansas.
