I, like everyone else who watched the combine, was shocked by the athleticism of Stephen Hill. At first glance, he seems like a legitimate solution to the size and speed issue that we have at WR. The big knock on him is that he caught a very small number of passes last year due to G Techs' option offense...a similar problem that evaluators faced with Demaryius Thomas.
We know how well Hill performed during the 40, vertical, and broad jump, but he also excelled in the WR drills. He displayed good hands, appropriate hip and lower extremity positioning, and good burst out of his cuts. One thing I noticed (and this may be due to his 6'4" frame) is that he had some difficulty breaking down to initiate a cut in his short routes--he seemed to take too many steps and therefore extend the length of his routes, readily observed during his quick outs.
Whether or not he would excel in a WCO remains to be seen, but I am proponent of having a fast, big WR capable of doing this: http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=stephen+hill&view=detail&mid=A3206B58DADD9B148DE7A3206B58DADD9B148DE7&first=0&FORM=LKVR16
