This might not quite reach the level of Nnamdi Watch, the Crabtree rookie contract watch or the Harbaughcalyse, but Randy Moss watch is gaining at least a little bit of steam. Cam Inman has been the man on the scene at 4949 Centennial Boulevard with updates here and there about the day.
Randy Moss still visiting 49ers facility after 3 hrs. I'm still here too. Ive seen Aldon Smith, Anthony Davis, Ray McDonald, Anthony Dixon

49ers RB Anthony Dixon thrilled to meet Randy Moss. Said of tryout: They had him run go's, slants. He looked good."

According to Matt Maiocco, the actual physical workout only lasted 15 minutes. I suppose he could have worked out some more away from the media, but either way, this is all about the discussion. And the 49ers would appear incredibly serious about doing their due diligence while they consider whether to sign Moss to a contract. Given Moss' history and the question marks that often pop up in connection with him, I would imagine the discussion is rather fascinating. Or Harbaalke are both complaining about another day of meatloaf in the cafeteria. Who knows.
In other team news, the 49ers tendered contracts to exclusive rights free agent Tramaine Brock and restricted free agent Larry Grant. Brock is not able to pursue other offers, so he must either sign his contract or sit out. Grant is allowed to talk to other teams starting at 1:00pm PT tomorrow. If he signs an offer sheet with another team and the 49ers do not elect to match it, they will receive a seventh round pick in return.
Brett Swain was not tendered and would appear to be out the door after limited play this past season.
