Alright, gents ... we've got Alex Smith back under contract and all is well. He's not making much more than the offer that was already on the table, he's just getting a little bit more guaranteed money. I'm actually a little bit disappointed for some reason that I can't explain .. I think the allure of Colin Kaepernick was in that he had the potential to be much better than Smith, just without any of the guaranteed stability. Anyway, like I said, all is well ... except for the fact that we don't have a right guard. Starter or backup. Which is scary. Super scary. But I have faith. Onto the linkage!
