Is this a good time to trade Colin Kaepernick?

While watching the craziness, it's now an annual rite, of the frenzy surrounding Tannehill, a very raw unknown and unknowable QB some project as high as #3 and #8, I asked myself if now would be a time to get maximum value for CK. With Josh Johnson and Tolzien, the 49ers have solid back-up QBs, and Smith is now signed for 3 years, this may be the time to get really high value for CK. I would think Cleveland might give #24 and a second round pick this year or more. The niners could get a very good RG and someone like Fleener or Hill or perhaps Barron if he slides. And another 2nd round pick. Another year on the bench for CK might not increase his value. No one really knows how CK will perform, but his value has to be as high as Tannehill who was not that successful as a college QB especially compared to CK. What might CK fetch and would that be more valuable to the team than CK on the bench?
