Who Doesn't Like A Good Mock Draft....Even If It Is Bad....

1) Stephen Hill - WR- Georgia Tech - 6'5", 200 lbs.

Project pick here. Probably the highest ceiling of all the WR's due to his insane athleticism. With the great Randy Moss (even if he's not so great anymore) as his mentor, we could be looking at a the best receiver this team has seen since T.O. in his prime. You know....after all the dropped catches...Just remember, this kid can fly!

2) Amini Silatolu - OG - Midwestern State - 6'4", 311 lbs.

Why reach in the 1st for a guy who will probably be there in the 2nd? OK to be honest we will probably have to trade our 3rd to move up to get this guy in the 2nd, but this is a mock draft so just except the awesomeness. We get another high ceiling player and great prospect at RG, but even better, Iupati finally has someone he can talk to...racist?...or hilarious?...probably just racist, sorry.

3) Isaiah Pead - RB - Cincinnati - 5'10", 200 lbs.

Pead's stock has been on the rise, but as we've seen with Kendal Hunter RB's, are undervalued. So we might be able to get a steal with him and if he can bulk up we might be looking at the future bellcow of this team and Tell me these cuts aren't sick!

4) Tommy Streeter - WR - Miami - 6'5", 215 lbs.

Yet another flyer, who is also 6'5". It's like drafting the same WR twice and hoping that one of them hits. Hill and Streeter will push eachother to be the teams go to deep threat. Competition breeds greatness. Great highlight video, mixed with great song.

5) Brandon Washington - OC - Miami - 6'3", 320 lbs.

Camp body, working to give our O-line a little more depth. Maybe he can make a back up role or at the very least make the practice squad.

6) Aaron Henry - FS - Wisconsin - 6'0", 210 lbs.

Used Drafttek.com to find a FS in the 6th round that was a reasonable amount away from us, and they actually had us picking him. And when has Drafttek ever been wrong?

7) Andrew Iupati - DT - Humboldt State - 6'1", 310 lbs

Honestly I just saw another Iupati and thought, how can that be bad?

Now I know this isn't the most true to form draft, and there's probably a couple of reaches here. If I was a betting man I would say we end up grabbing Silatolu in the first because I think they've down their homework on him and I think they like him. Maybe they can find someone to move back for him, but probably not, so I figure they just grab him so they don't lose him. Let me know if this draft would make you happy, because I know I would be ecstatic, mainly because of the first 4 picks. Enjoy!
