I realy enjoyed this article and would like to pass it on. It does have 9er relavance as it has a few Alex Smith quotes and mentions Jim Harbaugh from his playing days. It is a lengthy read but in this slow offseason it's worth it, and watch the video. I think I could use this guys teachings.
