As 49ers veterans head into their final weekend before reporting to training camp later next week, QB Alex Smith is taking part in the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship in Lake Tahoe. The tournament is airing on NBC today and tomorrow. Alex is in a trio that includes his former coach Urban Meyer and Green Bay Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk.

Thursday featured a Celeb-Am tournament, with this picture coming from that event. I have to think for many people, the first word that come to mind are Charles Barkley's always popular "turrible." If that's the case though, clearly you need to come up with something at least a little bit original from that.

My guess is Charles just made some kind of crack about something and Alex can't help but laugh. I also find myself what Charles' current weight is. He's got a couple inches on Alex (6'6 in his playing days to Alex's 6'4), but even though he doesn't look too large compared to previously, he does look much bigger than Alex.

More importantly, is that Roger Goodell's head peaking out past Charles Barkley?
