As I'm sure many of you are, you no longer live in Northern California and will not get to see every 49er game unless you have NFL Sunday Ticket. I'm not paying for that anymore - that's beer money for the Sports Bar when the 49ers aren't on TV.
Fortunately for all of us, the 49ers are going to be on national television A LOT this year. In addition to the 5 prime-time games, the 49ers are almost certain to have three FOX Games of the Week, with one already scheduled for Week 1...those three are @GB, NYG, and @NO. So at a minimum, *if you're in a neutral market, you will all see at least 8 49er games for free. In addition, there is the potential for three more out of market games due to a lack of other options: @MIN, @NYJ, and ARI. Week three has a lack of quality games, and the 49ers-Jets-Tebow = $$$. Week 17 will feature us and the Cardinals or STL@SEA. My bet is on 10 games in my Denver home market.
| Week 1 | San Francisco at Green Bay | - | FOX Game of the Week |
| Week 2 | Detroit at San Francisco | - | Sunday Night Football |
| Week 3 | San Francisco at Minnesota | - | Possible Out of Market coverage. No Marquee Games on the Early Broadcast (TB @ DAL, SF @ MIN, STL @ CHI, DET @ TN) |
| Week 4 | San Francisco at NY Jets | - | Probable Out of Market coverage (Jets-Tebow). No Marquee Games on the Early Broadcast (SF @ NYJ, MIN @ DET, CAR @ ATL, SEA @ STL) |
| Week 5 | Buffalo at San Francisco | - | Unlikely Out of Market Coverage. Den @ New England is on at the same time. I'm in Denver, so I won't get it for sure. |
| Week 6 | NY Giants at San Francisco | - | Almost Certain to be the FOX Game of the Week |
| Week 7 | Seattle at San Francisco | - | Thursday Night Football |
| Week 8 | San Francisco at Arizona | - | Monday Night Football |
| Week 9 | Bye | - | Bye |
| Week 10 | St. Louis at San Francisco | - | Highly unlikely. Cowboys-Eagles |
| Week 11 | Chicago at San Francisco | - | Monday Night Football |
| Week 12 | San Francisco at New Orleans | - | Almost Certain to be the FOX Game of the Week |
| Week 13 | San Francisco at St. Louis | - | Unlikely, unless the Rams are a breakout team in 2012 (unlikely IMHO) |
| Week 14 | Miami at San Francisco | - | No way. CBS has the double-header. |
| Week 15 | San Francisco at New England | - | Sunday Night Football |
| Week 16 | San Francisco at Seattle | - | Unlikely, unless the Seahawks are a breakout team in 2012 |
| Week 17 | Arizona at San Francisco | - | Will be televised if Arizona is fighting for a wild-card spot |
