Bruce Miller is the most overlooked player on the San Francisco 49ers offense. I will tell you why.
Has anyone noticed that he is a fullback who is occasionally lines up at wide receiver? Let me repeat that.
We have a FULLBACK who lines up as a WIDE RECEIVER, and he catches the DEEP PASS (see the game against Cincinatti in the 2011 season). This is a severe mismatch, especially since he runs slightly faster than your average tight end. How much of a monster will this San Francisco 49ers offense be once the rest of the team fully catches up to Alex Smith? It's scary to think about.
