49ers vs. Jets: Carlos Rogers returns Santonio Holmes fumble for touchdown [GIF]

The 49ers just about wrapped up their Week 4 matchup with the New York Jets as Carlos Rogers ran back a fumble 51 yards for a touchdown. Santonio Holmes caught the ball and went down without being touched. He injured himself on the play and as he rolled over that might have led to the fumble.

The score gave the 49ers a 24-0 lead in a game they have dominated from start to finish. The 49ers went into the half with a 10-0 lead, but the game was never even really that close. Some inaccuracy and stupid penalties kept the Jets alive, but the Jets have simply not performed well at all today.

The 49ers are now driving down the field with eight minutes left and giving the Jets a heavy dose of Frank Gore and Kendall Hunter. There is no doubt that this is the way the 49ers like to see things go down. Power rushing, some timely catches and handily winning the turnover battle.
