The 49ers have just about wrapped up a thorough beat down of the New York Jets as Larry Grant blocked a punt and Frank Gore followed with a short rushing touchdown. The touchdown gave the 49ers a 34-0 lead in a game they have dominated from start to finish. The lead gives the 49ers a chance to get Colin Kaepernick some playing time beyond just a few plays that were quite effective in the first half.
Although any win is a good win, this will be especially sweet following the team's struggles last week against Minnesota. The team got back on track and will look to carry this into their Week 5 contest with the Buffalo Bills.
