Packers Injury Report: James Starks Out For Sunday

Stay connected for news and updates

While the 49ers are wrapping up their practice and should have their injury report in a bit, the Packers submitted a report in time for the NFL's release of reports earlier this afternoon. There are not many notable names, with James Starks ruled out for the week and B.J. Raji limited in practice.

Starks is suffering from turf toe and has been ruled out from the get-go, listed as Out (Definitely will not play). The team brought in Cedric Benson who will look to find some measure of success against the 49ers beastly rush defense. Good luck with that.

Raji sprained his ankle in last week's preseason finale and has been a bit hobbled ever since. I would suspect he will play, but is likely to be listed as questionable. An absent Raji would be quite the boon for the 49ers offense.
