Tuesday, January 29th, 2012 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the web.
Ohhhhhh jeez. Super Bowl media week is upon us and I am freaking out. The San Francisco 49ers are in the Super Bowl. The San Francisco 49ers are in the Super Bowl. It's still something of a startling revelation. I've laughed at people for how much they freak out when their team makes it, but now I understand.
I know the 49ers have fie Lombardi Trophies, but I'm still young, and I haven't experienced one proper just yet. So yes, when I think about it, I'm losing my mind like crazy. There's just so many players I want to do well just so they can have that glory, but at the same time I'd be totally OK with a 6-3 victory in which only one player does anything worth writing about.
I'm excited. I'm scared. I'm going crazy. This is awful and wonderful. Go Niners.
