So I was listening to Jim Harbaugh's interview with Murph & Mac on KNBR this morning and Harbs got pretty deep in describing his players especially when he got to Frank Gore. Now I've heard Frank described as a warrior, a fighter, a leader, the bell-cow, or frank the tank, but I have never heard Frank described quite like this:
"The more I get to know Frank, I just love him so much. He's a mystical type of guy. He's got a connection, a spiritual connection. He sees more than most of us do. He's a very deep guy, very special person, love him to death. No question about it. He's one of those guys that's very inspirational through his actions and what he says but mostly what he does. He's one of those guys that can see things, points them out, a great mind for football, but just as a person in general, very special. A mystical man. Like I said, he's got a connection there."
Seriously, it all makes sense now. What else could explain the seemingly eternal youth of Frank Gore? He's got some mystical connections powering him. Now I feel like meditating on some mystic art to fully comprehend my own spiritual journey as a 49ers fan. This is going to be intense.
