I mean how stupid are they? I actually blame Harbaugh more than Baalke for the Alex Smith trade because Harbaugh's played in the NFL and should know better. He should have known than running 'option' QB's don't work, don't last, can't sustain what they're doing, and in every case are nothing but an ill-conceived experiment - destined to blow up in everyone's face.
I mean, how stupid are they? 1 season in, and the R/O is all but a thing of the past. RG3 is a mere mortal, and Colin Kapernick is averaging 200 yards passing and more INT's than TD's when facing above .500 teams. 200 yards passing? Doesn't Peyton/Brees/Rodgers/Brady/and even Alex Smith - put that up in a half?
Farrrrrout - I mean really - how stupid can someone be? Why in the world would they think that a running QB who's never played in a pro style offense would be the future of this franchise? Of any franchise (not based in Canada)? Even stupider - is that they replaced a fantastic role model with morals - a classy well-spoken man, with basically a street thug who can barely string a sentence together. Let's be honest - Colin Kapernick is a joke as an NFL QB, he makes Tebow look good, and please - let's get it all out - it will feel better to say it - he most likely be out of the NFL within 3 years (unless he assumes something of a receiver 'slash' role). Either way he definately won't be playing QB (unless it's in the arena league or while 'honing' (*cough cough*) his skills on Madden)....
Baalke & Harbaugh must have 'looked into the future' while they were drunk. Kaepernick shouldn't even of been drafted. The R/O comes right after the Wildcat in failed experiments - along with these two clowns when the season is over. It's obvious the sooner we dump this 'HarBaalKrap' the better.
(Colin Kaepernick on 3rd down)
- "uh, what's a 'progression'?"
