ROBAUGH or JIMAN

Coming from someone who played a lot of football all the way through college, a team ultimately has to adapt and build its offense and defense from the ground up with the players they have. Change can happen over time or drastically when house cleaning happens but more or less it is what it is.

Our beloved Niners under the Jim Harbaugh era and years before that, ending with Garcia, had been a run first offense behind Gore. Years went buy with nothing to show for it but the past 3 years, we have won with the run game. You have the players, a strategy, and a way in which you want to win with.

Having been a player and having been on the inside of the locker room knowing what types of things are said behind closed doors, I firmly believe that problems in football ALWAYS start with coaching and trickle down to players. Problems may not alway be visible when they are at the coaches level. Most times it only becomes apparent after players decide to vent their frustrations.

With talks about Kaeps inability to throw accurately, manage the clock, run the ball and his regression I can tell you from an insiders view that the reason the lion isn't putting on a show at the circus is not because the lion is less of an animal, but because the lion tamer just doesn't know what he is doing.- (ROBAUGH or JIMAN)

Colin is not going to be using timeouts like he is without consent from the coaching staff. They have obviously said that it is ok to burn a few as the play clock runs down.

THIS IS MY BIGGEST EVIDENCE FOR FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE STAFF*****

Two weeks ago on first down, Gore ran for 9 yards. On 2nd and 1, the play that was ran was a Kaepernick read option, where he lost 8 yards. NOW, why run a read option on a down and distance where a defense will be playing run?

  • The end crashed
  • Kaep Kept the ball
  • The OLB and S blitzed and replaced.

Roman consistently places the QB in unfavorable positions, and the staff ALLOWS a young QB to burn precious TOs, all of this while working with a depleted receiving corps. Look, I am a former player, and there is a difference between bad play and bad players. Kaep is a great athlete and a great YOUNG QB who is being thrown to the wolves and asked to hold his own.

TONIGHT:

  • Watch Kaeps clock management
  • See what MM does (sink or swim, i think sink)
  • Have faith in Snyder....... aaaaaaand Kilgore, (played against him and he is a great player)
  • Watch out for bad playcalling and Down and distance situations
Go NINERS!!!!!!
