The San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams released their game-day roster reports, and as expected, wide receiver Michael Crabtree is active for the game. The 49ers receiver was activated off the PUP list on Tuesday, and got in a full week of practice. The 49ers announced on Twitter that Crabtree will "start", which I assume means Mario Manningham will be the team's third receiver.
In big news for the defense, defensive tackle Ray McDonald is active for the first time since Week 10. He suffered a high ankle sprain, but appears to be ready to get back in on the action. The team started Tony Jerod-Eddie in his place the last two weeks, with Demarcus Dobbs getting some time as well. The 49ers now have McDonald back, but know they've got enough depth to potentially utilize more of a rotation. We'll see how they use him.
