The media narrative is that Russell Wilson is having another "great season" while Colin Kaepernick is struggling in his second season.
This media driven mythology has resulted in Wilson making his second pro bowl and kaepernick missing. This is entirely a myth.
the most objective way to measure a quarterback is by clutch adjusted EPA. Expected Points Added measures a QB adjusted for down and distance. ESPN weighs it for clutchness.
By that measure, Kap is 6th, Wilson is 10th.
Per play, Kap is even better.
I'm tired of the Wilson Hype. He's a short quarterback who is being figured out. Not surprised if he's out of the league in 5 years.
