The first being the play that I felt really changed the momentum of the game in the favor of the cardinals; and that was harbaugh's decision to go for it on 4th down instead of taking the field goal and the 3 points. I was yelling at the tv when he decided not to take the points on the road. Because I felt like the risk outweighed the possible benefits and showed unnecessary desperation. I also thought going for the 56 yrd field goal was a mistake also. Yes it worked out, but with the game tied, and being that we are on the road, in a game that now becomes a game of field position, in my opinion you punt and back the cardinals up. Because if you miss that kick you give the cardinals great field position and further increase the momentum in their favor. That call looks like genius in retrospect but I still say harbaugh made bad decisions with those calls including the challenge.
The second issue is that no one is talking about the fact that kap stepped up and led a scoring drive in the final minutes. He made two big time throws and no one seems to be talking about it. I get the feeling that a lot of media pundits and fans are going to be picking against us on Sunday. I think so many people are in love with Rodgers, and the storyline that a win by the packers would create. But I'm confident the 49ers are going to show everyone that we are the better team and that's what is most important. And I expect kap to have a very good game. I expect the offense to have a dominant performance. I don't see a blowout but I see a comfortable win in a game that we are in full control.
