One of them has got to go. Maybe both. The incredibly predictable play calling and the hesitant, inaccurate passing, cockiness that has alienated the O-line and some receivers all amount to a mediocre QB on a team full of championship quality performers.
Watching them play has become painful. Roman/Harbaugh may be just a bit too timid based on their lack of 'complete' confidence in the young player. We do not have time to play nice with the kid. He needs to tone down the strut and goofiness on the sideline. Those players are very watchful and perceptive of his very thin experience as a leader of this team. They are carrying him and beginning to resent it.
Without a dead-on placekicker, they are 8-5 as Kaepernick/Roman cannot navigate the red zone with even average effectiveness.
BTW, third and one from the six; everyone in the stadium, the seabirds and the TV audience KNOWS Roman calls a run up the middle. Where's the fake by the so-called multi-versitile QB for a pass/run option for a stinking yard?!? It is really starting t worry me.
