via answers.bettor.com (AJ Jenkins and Harbaalke, when the future looked so bright...)
Remember when last year's mock draft experts projected players like David DeCastro, Cordy Glenn, Stephen Hill, or Coby Fleener to be the 49ers' 1st round pick? Well, we all know how that panned out - or didn't. Trent Baalke and Jim Harbaugh pride themselves on knowing stuff we don't, which makes it hard to predict what personnel decisions they'll make.
So that got me thinking that the best way to predict what 'Harbaalke' will do, is to probably just throw darts at a board full of names or pick the most contrarian choice. So I challenge you 49ers fan to deliver a random/contrarian mock that probably has a better chance of being correct than a Mel Kiper mock. Please go at least 4 rounds if you can:
1. First round: Own pick
2. Second round: Own pick
3. Third round: Own pick
4. Third round: From Carolina in trade-back during 2012 draft
5. Third round: Likely compensatory selection
6. Fourth round: Own pick
7. Fifth round: Own pick
8. Fifth round: From Indianapolis in trade-back during 2012 draft
9. Sixth round: Own pick
10. Sixth round: From Miami in trade-back during 2012 draft
11. Seventh round: Own pick
12. Seventh round: From Cincinnati for Taylor Mays
13. Seventh round: Likely compensatory selection
14. Seventh round: Likely compensatory selection
