49ers can trade with the Raiders who are in need of picks. I can see a trade like this,

49ers receive:

Raiders 1st round 3rd overall

Raiders receive:

49ers 1st round 31st

49ers 2nd round 31st

49ers 5th round 31st

49ers 7th round 31st

It's basically trading up from our 31st pick to a 3rd pick. Then giving up our 2nd round pick knowing that we have an early 2nd round pick. Giving up a late 5th and 7th rounder would not be bad at all, considering we have 2 7th round picks. Raiders are in need of picks, and we can take this to our advantage.

We can use the 3rd overall to draft DE Bjoern Werner, if not DT Sharrif Floyd, or even CB Dee Milliner. A lot of possibilities for the 49ers. If we drafted any of these top 5 players we can still draft a solid player with our 34th pick for any of the other needed positions.

I think we could possibly be able to move up from our later rounds to about mid round.
