We have some sad news out of New Orleans. On Monday afternoon, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reported a suspected drunk driver had killed two people on I-10 in New Orleans Monday morning. Subsequent reports, including confirmation from his agent indicate the two dead are the aunt and uncle of 49ers tight end Delanie Walker.

Alice and Bryan Young were pulled over on the shoulder of I-10 for unknown reasons when the driver's car came barreling into their car. The driver was arrested on two counts of vehicular homicide, DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.

They are the parents of Serrano High School (outside Victorville, CA) football player DeAndre Williams. Delanie Walker sent out a picture on Instagram with his aunt and uncle.

I think the message here is pretty simple. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. I don't know how much simpler this needs to be for people.
