Just speculation but seems like majority of Niner FAs signed will be players 'cut' (don't count toward 2014 compensatory draft pick formula) while majority of loses are 'not cuts' (count toward 2014 compensatory draft pick formula). So far only Dorsey counts I think.
With extra KC pick, likely a few 2013 trade outs into 2014, compensatory draft picks, we could be in for another 12+ picks in 2014. Gotta love the way they continue run this organization.
