Why are so many 49er fans a fan of the honey badger. If you've listened to Trent Baalke or Jed York in the past they always say they want blue collar guys, hard workers, "great character" and of course talented football players. When was the last time they actually brang in a free agent or draftee with serious character flaws. That's the joy about the franchise. Everyone is held to a higher standard. The only person with slight character flaws is Aldon Smith. I know we they have a great veteran locker room but I highly doubt they will bring in a nickel corner wi character concerns. I know he's talented for a small guy and made tons of plays for LSU but he hasn't even played football for an entire year. I've also heard Trent Baalke say if he's undersized he better be really special and I don't think Tyrann Mathieu fits the bill.
