Brace Hemmelgarn-US PRESSWIRE
Friday, March 8th, 2013 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of 49ers links from around the web.
It's less than a week until free agency, which means I'm wondering which teams have illegally contacted Dashon Goldson to this point. Just about every team tampers these days, it's glaringly obvious, and it seems like one of them might be looking to throw some money at Goldson to secure him right as free agency starts.
I'm not sure it could be anymore obvious: but he won't be with the 49ers next year. They're not in a position to really proceed without him unless they have an excellent draft, but Trent Baalke is right in that they can't re-sign everybody at the price that they want or could go for on the open market.
Anyway, let's get to your linkage for the day.
